Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

At West PDX Handyman, we understand that sometimes scheduling conflicts and unexpected situations arise. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and provide fair compensation for our dedicated team, we have established the following rescheduling and cancellation policy:

Rescheduling Policy:

  1. Rescheduling with More Than 24 Hours Notice: Clients may reschedule their appointments with no additional charge when providing more than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.

  2. Rescheduling with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Clients who wish to reschedule their appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $20. This fee helps us cover the administrative costs associated with rearranging our schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation with More Than 24 Hours Notice: Clients may cancel their appointments with no additional charge when providing more than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.

  2. Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Clients who wish to cancel their appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. This fee is imposed to compensate our team for the lost opportunity and to help cover the costs associated with last-minute cancellations.

How to Reschedule or Cancel:

Clients can reschedule or cancel their appointments by contacting our office via phone or email. We kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible to allow us to accommodate other clients.
